Exhibitor Information

“All entries and/or changes for junior fair exhibitors will close on June 30th.  All entries and/or changes for Open, Junior Open, and Nursing Home exhibitors MUST be completed Online by August 1, 2023.”
Open, Junior Open and Nursing Home need to pick “open” for the division if they are signing up online, and can NOT enter anything in Depts 1-34.

OPEN CLASS ONLY will accept Walk In entries on August 21 from 4-7pm and August 22 from 9-11am

HELP HINTS:
1.  Youth showing in the Junior Division need to choose “junior” and their club from the drop down.  Youth showing in junior open, adults over 19, and nursing home residents need to choose “open” for the division type.
2.  They are only able to enter in the departments that include the projects they have signed up for!
3.  Swine exhibitors need to upload two pictures of their market hogs to their entry, one facing forward with a tag clearly visible and readable, and one full side view.  They can be uploaded by clicking the red “file upload” button before saving the entry.  
4.  YQCA is required for youth showing in market classes.  Please upload your certificate of completion under the “Edit Account” tab.  Just click on the red “File Upload” button towards the bottom of the page.  Click here to visit YQCA Site
5.  For 4-H and FFA booths, sign the club up with its own login info and also use “Junior” as the entry type.

Paper Entry Form: Paper entry forms will only be sent by requests from club leaders to staciepienta@gmail.com and only in special circumstances. Online is the primary and preferred way to enter.  Paper entries need to be returned by July 1!
